Summary: Rented this lodge based on other positive reviews - and they were spot on! Greeted by snowy landscape and cozy, warm, lodge wonderfully appointed More you looked, more you saw! Comfy beds, good showers, full service kitchen, spotless. Our family of 5 adults , 13 yr old twin granddaughters greed we felt like we were in a welcoming home. Brad, part owner/prop. manager immediately responded to call or text. We are looking forward to Dec 2025 to do it all again. Don’t miss Zoe’s grill in Manchester

Summary: We arrived late at night the accommodations were outstanding. We could not have asked for a more perfect place. When we woke the next day to amazing lush greenest. We enjoyed the entire stay. We actually extended the stay one day to enjoy the place more.

Summary: We were 3 couples over 60. The house was plenty large to accommodate all of us with ease and comfort. We enjoyed lots of laughter in the dining and sun rooms. The large kitchen was easy to work in. Overall, the house is great and convenient to Manchester. Two things to note: the pond is barely visible from the house due to the summer foliage. Route 11 created more road noise than I expected.

Summary: We loved our stay in this beautiful old cabin/barn, the space was perfect for our family of 5 plus our dog. Location is great, close to town but remote and private. It lacked nothing, especially not charm.

Summary: Property is a great location to explore Vermont. We spent 4 nights and visited several locations throughout the State. Hiked to Bromley summit right from front door and the Lye Brook Falls hike was great. Description indicates a cleaning co. Maintains the property but on arrival we found a partially decomposing mouse in the upper level shower and during the stay had large black ants in dinning, kitchen and lower level Bathroom. I cleaned up the mouse and dealt with ants as we saw them. Overall did not let those things deter our trip.

Summary: We loved our stay at the lodge. We had two couples and kids ranging in age from 2 to 12. We did lots of skiing at Bromley but loved having Manchester so close to explore. The pinball arcade was a great rainy day activity for kids! The house was amazing and bigger than we imagined, we were all extremely comfortable. The only thing to mention is the stairs and upstairs loft are a bit scary for little ones. We blocked them with a baby gate and didn’t let the two year old up there, but it was fine for the big kids. We can’t wait to plan another stay next year!

Summary: We spent the very first Christmas away from home and into a home that made the holiday a wonderful memory for us. We have stayed at this property in the summer and both seasons did not disappoint. The property is in a secluded area, quiet and very close to skiing. I would book and stay here forever if I could. Summary: It was wonderful to return to this cozy welcoming property. I stayed in the other house maybe 6 or 7 years in a row quite some time ago. You can tell it’s such a family place. Everything was easy, comfortable and the spot is just amazing. We couldn’t have been happier.
